- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships
- Engage dealership leaders (GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, BDC Managers) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting
- Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain points related to digital marketing, service lane performance, retention, and vehicle acquisition
- Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, DSMs, and Sales Leadership on campaigns and territory strategies
- Represent Affinitiv professionally when communicating with prospects, partners, and OEM-aligned programs
