- 3-5 years demonstrated experience training/supporting software and services directly to Automotive Dealers.
- Collaborative in nature, able to fit into a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Professional communication skills over phone and in person.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
- Ability to consult cross-functionally with other departments.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers.
- Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, and scheduled meetings with GM’s or Principles in dealership.
- Track all activity in our Car Force database.
- Work with the dealership to generate revenue by integrating products into dealer culture.
- Collaborate with GM or Decision Maker and Support team for growth planning.
- Conduct ongoing training, usage reporting, and feature updates.
- Maintain dealership files and product checklists.
- Post visit info and notes on LinkedIn.
