About NPR
NPR is a multimedia news organization and radio program producer, dedicated to creating a more informed public. You'll find national and international news broadcasts, non-commercial talk, and entertainment programs distributed across more than 1,000 public radio stations in the United States. NPR's flagship programs, "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered," attract millions of listeners weekly, making them among the most popular radio programs in the country. They also actively engage audiences through diverse digital content, including a robust podcast library with shows like "Up First," "Planet Money," and "Code Switch." Funded by member stations, corporate sponsors, and grants, NPR maintains independent control over its content, ensuring unbiased journalism.
How We Work

While this role is remote-permitted, you have the option to work remotely, on-site at the Washington D.C. office, or a hybrid of both. NPR's leadership is highly regarded, with a strong focus on the company's mission.
