Requirements
- 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience
- Track record of cold-outbound success with measurable metrics
- Excellent spoken English
- Comfortable selling to US business buyers
- Experience selling into traditional industries like manufacturing or supply chain
- Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency in lead intelligence tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Nav
- Experience with outbound sequencers such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Lemlist
- Ability to work US business hours overlapping with the East Coast
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn into CPG and packaging companies
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the founder
- Own and maintain CRM data in HubSpot
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers
- Iterate weekly on outbound messaging with the founder
- Source own target leads when needed
- Provide market feedback from prospects to the founder
