Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in property management, vacation rentals, guest services, or administrative support
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and property owners professionally
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software systems
- Experience using Streamline, Breezeway, ContactPoint, or similar PMS platforms
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired)
- i5 11th Gen or higher
- Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and management of the Owner Relations inbox
- Owner sourcing and purchasing support
- Updating property descriptions and amenities
- Updating OR Tracker, Streamline, Breezeway, and ContactPoint systems
- Breezeway task coordination and support
- Sending guest reviews and updates to owners
- Ongoing statement preparation
- Preparation of bi-annual owner summaries
- Vendor sheet management and coordination
