  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in property management, vacation rentals, guest services, or administrative support
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and property owners professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software systems
  • Experience using Streamline, Breezeway, ContactPoint, or similar PMS platforms
  • Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired)
  • i5 11th Gen or higher
  • Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and management of the Owner Relations inbox
  • Owner sourcing and purchasing support
  • Updating property descriptions and amenities
  • Updating OR Tracker, Streamline, Breezeway, and ContactPoint systems
  • Breezeway task coordination and support
  • Sending guest reviews and updates to owners
  • Ongoing statement preparation
  • Preparation of bi-annual owner summaries
  • Vendor sheet management and coordination
