Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, particularly focused on skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the client's services.
  • Use CRM tools to record activity, schedule follow-ups, and monitor engagement with prospects.
  • Support in the introduction to set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Report weekly on key performance indicators including leads generated, conversions, and outreach effectiveness.
