Requirements
- 1-4 years of proven experience in an SDR, cold calling, or outbound sales role.
- Strong professional background in FinTech, financial services or financial investments.
- Demonstrable interest in or professional knowledge of trading, investing, and financial markets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to handle complex objections confidently.
- A high-volume mindset, energized by the 'hustle' and comfortable with rigorous daily call targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns, targeting approximately 100 cold calls per day.
- Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers within the trading, investing, and financial services sectors.
- Consistently book and manage approximately 20 qualified meetings per month to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Contribute to overall revenue generation with a target of supporting 4 closed deals per month.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and track all outreach activity within Smartleads and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales messaging and optimize outreach strategies for technical financial products.
