Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team – focusing on companies in the financial services sector.
  • Conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking.
  • Carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information.
  • Track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.
