Requirements
- 2-3 years of prior sales experience in the real estate domain.
- Prior experience with CRM software (Close.com).
- Excellent English communication skills (including understanding of idioms).
- Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- Reliable high-speed internet for video calls.
- Functional working computer.
- Ability to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 corporate references.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify cold and warm leads through phone calls.
- Create and strategically prioritize target account lists.
- Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts.
- Execute lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries.
- Act as a subject matter expert on company services.
- Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously.
- Track all activities in a CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation programs.
- Report on KPIs including calls, conversations, and meetings booked.
