Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling with a track record of booking meetings or closing pipeline.
  • Solid sales background with a clear understanding of outbound sales processes and objection handling.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to manage leads and track activity.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, personalization, and outreach efficiency.
  • Experience building and running outbound campaigns independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-directed and resilient with the ability to maintain consistent outbound activity.
  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing, or agency-style services (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo (nice to have).
  • Experience working with venture-backed or high-growth startup clients (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and execute structured outbound campaigns across calls, email, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on company context and buying signals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM throughout the outreach and qualification process.
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline movement consistently.
  • Use AI tools to research prospects, draft personalized outreach, and improve campaign execution.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging to optimize response rates.
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure clean handoff with full context.
