- 2+ years of professional B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record in prospecting and setting appointments.
- Strong outbound sales skills including lead generation and list building.
- Must be comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily.
- Clear American accent required for client-facing communications.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant oversight.
- Resilient mindset capable of handling rejection in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in basic online research tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn SaaS product knowledge and specific sales methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify contractors generating $500K to $1M annually within target markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline using tools like Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various business directories.
- Execute multi-touch cold email sequences and personalized LinkedIn outreach.
- Perform 15 to 30 cold calls per day to trades professionals such as electricians and plumbers.
- Secure discovery calls with business owners through direct phone pitching.
- Conduct daily research, list building, and task prioritization for outreach efficiency.
