Requirements
- Proven experience using Apollo.io, Clay, Instantly, and Million Verifier (or similar sales automation tools).
- Experience with lead generation research and CRM management.
- Proficiency in English (CEFR rating required).
- Ability to execute outbound strategies across email and LinkedIn.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions provided in the job application.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during 8 AM to 12 PM EDT.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal prospects matching the target market.
- Conduct outbound outreach primarily via email and LinkedIn, including occasional calls.
- Execute prospecting workflows using Apollo.io for searching, Clay for enrichment, and Million Verifier for contact validation.
- Manage automated email sequences using Instantly.
- Qualify inbound leads against ideal customer profiles.
- Maintain CRM records to track interactions and opportunities.
- Personalize messaging and follow-ups to drive engagement.
- Re-engage lapsed leads and book discovery calls.
