Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Plan and execute outbound activities including phone, email, SNS, and webinars
- Manage booths and lead acquisition at domestic and international events (includes travel)
- Conduct research on potential customers and account mapping
- Provide feedback and improvement proposals for marketing campaigns
- Manage leads and create pipeline within CRM
- Participate in the formulation of team processes and policies
