  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new technologies and convey their benefits to clients
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Proficiency in Swiss German, English and French
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and attend networking events
  • Friendly, approachable and ready to represent Backbone at industry events
  • Relationships with real estate companies across Switzerland and knowledge about the industry (a big plus)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the real estate sector across Switzerland
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in client organizations to drive long-term partnerships
  • Develop a deep understanding of Backbone's product offerings and articulate their value to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance the client experience
  • Work remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Manage client relationships
  • Drive sales growth
  • Expand Backbone’s footprint in the Swiss market, bringing innovative solutions to real estate professionals
