Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • PIM/MDM experience
  • Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce
  • Challenger Sales & ValueSelling certified or proven mastery of other sales methodologies
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects in an outbound environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and building new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Understand prospect needs and objectives and communicate value proposition
  • Utilize a consultative & challenger sales approach to close opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and solution engineering
  • Initiate introductory meetings through networking, cold calls, and email
  • Coordinate and schedule online or onsite meetings
  • Demonstrate a SaaS-based platform
  • Negotiate and drive pricing strategy and proposal development
  • Negotiate contract terms
  • Manage active pipeline in Salesforce.com and forecast in Clari
