Requirements:
BA/BS or similar college-level education. 8+ years selling in the B2B Software space. Experience working with G-Suite: Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets, etc. Advanced understanding of working with SFDC or relevant CRM. Excellent, clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills. A positive attitude and a selfless approach to teamwork. Knowledge of retail, real estate, financial services, healthcare or CPG verticals is a plus. A proven ‘problem solver’ with the ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling startup organization. Travel is required 10-20% of the time for conferences and onsite customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new strategic accounts within target markets. Work complex sales cycles requiring multiple touch points and meetings with key stakeholders. Handle 30+ meetings per week while maintaining a clean pipeline. Manage direct new client contracts, retention, and customer growth through upsell and expansion. Partner closely with SDR counterpart for prospecting activities. Demonstrate SaaS products and interface with pre/post sales teams. Complete 20+ new demos of Placer’s platform per month. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Develop strategies to mitigate churn and maximize customer lifetime value. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
