Manage and coach sales leaders responsible for outreach, onboarding, scaling, and retention. Build a high-performing, metrics-driven organization focused on conversion, engagement, and clinician satisfaction. Own the national supply strategy for veterinarians and technicians. Define and monitor KPIs across clinician engagement, activation, fulfillment, and retention. Design and refine scalable processes for provider onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and engagement. Serve as the supply-side sales leader voice in cross-functional strategy and planning discussions.
