Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B software. At least 3+ years managing a team of Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, or technical consultants. Technical fluency in CRM applications (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, etc.). Technical fluency in Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.). Proven understanding of key SaaS business metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC). Demonstrated ability to coach technical experts into effective business advisors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute strategy for the TAM function. Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Technical Account Managers. Own the TAM operating model, including service catalog and coverage criteria. Serve as the final escalation point for critical technical issues. Develop strategies for proactive risk mitigation. Oversee technical roadmaps for strategic clients. Partner with CSMs to accelerate product usage and adoption. Aggregate technical insights to inform Product Management and Engineering. Collaborate with Sales on high-value deals. Drive the creation of technical documentation and best practices.
