Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising. Experience with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or similar. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of advertising principles, marketing strategies, and social-first content development. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scope-of-work management. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and problem-solving. Background working with large brands, entertainment, or influencer partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with social-digital platforms, emerging tech, influencer management, and content production.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day execution, health, and momentum of a key account. Partner closely with internal teams (Content & Engagement, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Strategy, Data & Insights, Project Management). Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. Bring clarity, structure, and calm to complex workflows. Build and maintain airtight processes and proactively anticipate needs. Drive executional excellence and strengthen client relationships. Elevate collaboration and ensure smart, culturally resonant work. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms. Develop understanding of creative, content ideas, paid media, and performance reporting. Support development of scopes of work and business reviews. Build and maintain strong client relationships through day-to-day communication. Participate in social-centric recommendations to achieve client goals. Manage multiple projects within the business unit via Asana. Lead internal cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles. Run internal team-status meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social-first creative content and campaigns. Create and manage timelines, looking for team improvements. Execute against scope of work and budget for client projects. Collaborate with department leads for resource and time accuracy. Report on hours/time spent on each project. Work with resource management on budgeting resources and developing staffing plans. Produce necessary contracts and paperwork for partner-vendors. Ensure payment is processed within proper budgets. Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions across departments.
