Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, alliances, or related fields. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional executive presence and communication skills. Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud, and managed services markets. Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Set strategic direction for business development, prospecting, and partner management. Lead and execute go-to-market strategies. Oversee partner programs, alliance initiatives, and advisor relationships. Ensure operational excellence in prospecting and pipeline development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Finance. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic alliances. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape. Represent Ensono at industry events and executive meetings. Establish and refine KPIs for business development teams. Directly manage a team of senior leaders. Serve as a coach and mentor to develop leadership capabilities. Set performance expectations and drive accountability.
