Requirements:
2+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance. 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling. Experience exceeding annual quotas >75% of career. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market. Align the goals of Primary Care Providers with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Act as a high velocity sales professional getting commitments and subsequent referrals from multiple providers each week. Expand Rula's footprint and ensure success in the mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
