Requirements:
7-12+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles building revenue-driving partner programs. Direct exposure to capital markets, fintech, investment banking, wealth management, or financial services. NYC area-based with appetite to be in-market regularly. Track record of building and scaling referral, affiliate, or partner-led growth programs.
Responsibilities:
Transform Membership Advantages program into a strategic partner program. Negotiate and execute partnerships with integration providers, capital partners, service providers, and industry associations. Build relationships leading to introductions, referrals, and co-selling. Own and grow the referral program. Formalize tracking, set SLAs with partners, and build accountability for partner-influenced pipeline. Be the face of Finalis at industry events. Own event strategy (sponsorships, speaking, attendance) with ROI expectations. Coordinate with Marketing on event activation and logistics.
