Senior Project Manager (Remote - Mid-Atlantic)

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure. Experience with Agile methodology. Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Advanced ability to utilize Microsoft Excel for project reporting. Proficient in Jira, OpenAir and Salesforce, or other Professional Services applications. Advanced computer skills with Mac and Google application experience preferred. Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools. Standard industry certifications are preferred. Experience in interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders. Advanced project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously. Understanding of information security terms and disciplines. Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing. Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects. Written communication skills for formal deliverables. Verbal communication skills with all levels of staff. Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize. Ability to build customer relationships.

Manage Professional Services projects from sales handoff to closeout. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Manage project issues and risks. Maintain client relationships and ensure deliverables are met. Plan and manage resources for scope and budget. Maintain OpenAir PSA application data. Manage revenue recognition and customer invoicing processes. Create and maintain project management documentation. Provide Project Management services to GuidePoint customers.
