Member Services Associate, Travel & Lifestyle - Overnight

2-4 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management Proven ability to manage complex, personalized itineraries and high-stakes requests with minimal oversight Strong global travel knowledge Excellent written communication skills Client-first mindset High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive member information Strong organizational instincts Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) (nice to have) Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, CRM systems, or internal case management platforms (nice to have) Existing relationships with luxury hospitality brands (nice to have)

Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests Communicate directly with members Coordinate bookings for luxury hotels, flights, dining, and transportation Deliver high-touch, responsive member support via chat Navigate internal systems and third-party tools Act as a brand ambassador Anticipate member needs and escalate insights Partner with external and internal stakeholders Contribute to SOPs, macros, and internal knowledge bases
