Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable). Comfort with remote work and asynchronous communication. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn and leverage new technologies to enhance recruitment processes. Experience in education or assessment industry recruitment (preferred). Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices (preferred). Data-driven approach to analyzing recruitment metrics (preferred).
