Requirements
- At least 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in a high growth startup or large organization sourcing for corporate roles
- Ability to source candidates, manage interview process, and conduct offer negotiations
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally
- Strong project management skills
- Work authorized in the United States
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Create talent acquisition strategy for hiring managers
- Source qualified candidates through various channels
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers
- Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and industry websites
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners
- Manage candidate pipeline
- Develop relationships with key networks to broaden applicant pool
- Introduce candidates to the Charlie Health model and mission
- Identify new ways to attract candidates
