Requirements

  • At least 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in a high growth startup or large organization sourcing for corporate roles
  • Ability to source candidates, manage interview process, and conduct offer negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally
  • Strong project management skills
  • Work authorized in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Create talent acquisition strategy for hiring managers
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and industry websites
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Manage candidate pipeline
  • Develop relationships with key networks to broaden applicant pool
  • Introduce candidates to the Charlie Health model and mission
  • Identify new ways to attract candidates
