Requirements:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience managing events, conferences, or experiential marketing Familiarity with major industry conferences and event ecosystems Exceptional project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with senior leaders Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with varying timelines and stakeholders Willingness to travel for key events Must have a dedicated, private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet. Responsibilities:
Own Boulder Care’s annual events calendar, ensuring presence at high-impact conferences and Boulder-hosted events. Partner with Marketing and Leadership to align event participation with business goals. Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including applications, sponsorships, budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, travel, and venue sourcing. Serve as the on-site lead for Boulder at priority events. Develop event promotion & amplification strategy. Work closely with Payer Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing on event support. Support executives and speakers with event needs. Own event-related assets including swag, signage, and booth materials. Ensure all Boulder events reflect our brand, values, and commitment to high-quality healthcare. Create memorable experiences for attendees, partners, and internal stakeholders. Track event performance, spend, and outcomes. Conduct post-event retrospectives and share insights.
