Requirements:
1-7+ years of direct experience working with supplement brands (in-house, agency, Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop) Deep understanding of supplements category (compliance, platform restrictions, consumer behavior, conversion drivers) Strong project management skills (task tracking, timelines, stakeholder coordination) Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel with basic analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong service mindset Familiarity with TikTok as a consumer platform
Responsibilities:
Run account operating rhythm (agendas, notes, action items, recaps) Build and maintain 30-60-90 day client plans Draft client updates and deck slides Manage tickets and issues, chase dependencies Own day-to-day Seller Center hygiene (PDP checks, catalog updates, compliance) Monitor and report account-health metrics Launch and coordinate promotions Support troubleshooting for approvals or policy issues Write briefs for Content and Creative teams Partner with Media and Analytics on dashboards and performance readouts Coordinate with Ops and Logistics on fulfillment readiness Maintain source-of-truth documentation (Notion) Perform QA checks before delivery Contribute to and improve playbooks and SOPs
