Minimum of 2–3 years in a broker channel role. Experience with channel and/or referral partnerships strongly preferred. Proven hunter background with direct, field-based sales experience. Willingness to travel monthly for conferences, in-person broker meetings, and relationship-building activities. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with B2B partnerships. Experience building and implementing strategy with partners. Thorough understanding of the industry. Proven track record of successfully growing revenue with channel partners.
