Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hotel sales experience, with a focus on MICE or group sales. Strong understanding of corporate and incentive markets. Existing relationships with MICE agencies, corporate travel managers, and incentive houses are highly preferred. Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience with Delphi, Opera, and CRM systems preferred. Ability to travel regularly for sales missions, shows, and client appointments. Fluency in English required. Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a strong asset.
