  • Comfortable working independently and has experience owning projects entirely or in collaboration with another Product Manager.
  • Proven skills balancing design and product thinking: prioritize features based on business value, deliver iteratively, avoid over-polishing, and have a bias toward iterative delivery over perfectionism
  • Strong instincts for using data to guide decisions and are comfortable working with limited or ambiguous datasets
