Requirements:

• 6+ years of UX and Product Management experience combined in fast-paced, agile environments
• Comfortable working independently and has experience owning projects entirely or in collaboration with another Product Manager.
• Proven skills balancing design and product thinking: prioritize features based on business value, deliver iteratively, avoid over-polishing, and have a bias toward iterative delivery over perfectionism
• Strong instincts for using data to guide decisions and are comfortable working with limited or ambiguous datasets
• Skilled in using Figma and familiar with prototyping and testing tools
• Skilled at communicating design decisions and presenting work to diverse stakeholders and are passionate about designing accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly digital experiences
• Brings a strategic mindset and the ability to develop strong, user-centered perspectives that thoughtfully balance business goals, data insights, and high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own the UX process for Wisp including creating and maintaining design documentation, design systems, user flows, and interaction patterns in Figma
• Drive organizational understanding of customer pain points and opportunities through data and discovery with internal and external customers.
• Lead the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, propose solutions, validate design decisions and negotiate scope.
• Sequence and drive priority work based on feasibility, impact analysis and strategic goals, driving alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate key initiatives across various functions at wisp, navigating roadblocks, Leading UX reviews, ensure high-quality implementation of designs and keeping the team informed on progress.
