Requirements:
Experience managing data-driven clinical operations in a telehealth care environment. Prior experience working at a telehealth or digital health startup. Owned or partnered on clinician capacity modeling, staffing plans, and utilization forecasting. Comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using operational metrics. Understand how telehealth clinical operations decisions influence other departments. Skilled at communicating complex operational data and recommendations. Highly organized, analytical, and proactive. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership.
Responsibilities:
Lead clinical workforce capacity and surge planning. Partner on headcount planning and staffing models. Define, build, and maintain clinical operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Monitor operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans. Collaborate with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding teams. Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure clinician support.
