Director, Infrastructure

10+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles. 3+ years in leadership for SaaS or multi-cloud environments. Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud networking, IAM, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, CloudWatch) and incident response practices. Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and deployment automation. Knowledge of multi-cloud design patterns (Azure, GCP). Strong communicator with experience managing distributed teams.

Own cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead EKS and container platform operations. Manage Lambda and other serverless workloads. Oversee CI/CD, blue/green, and canary deployments. Lead observability and monitoring using New Relic, CloudWatch, and related tooling. Own network infrastructure across clouds. Implement proactive cloud infrastructure management. Drive cost optimization for compute, storage, and data transfer. Enhance infrastructure security. Oversee infrastructure for AI/ML models and frameworks. Lead incident management, on-call rotations, and post-incident improvement. Collaborate with Security and Engineering for compliance. Lead and mentor a distributed infrastructure team.
