Requirements:
+7 years of proven success selling digital/online media to executive-level brand clients/agency partners. Established and transferable relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment verticals. Proven track record of consistent quota achievement above goal. Demonstrable experience closing committed deals in excess of $1M annually. Strong consultative sales skills, collaborative + flexible workstyle, competitive drive. Passion for and evidence of successfully developing creative ideas using data. Deep knowledge of promoted and organic best practices on major social media platforms. Experience navigating, communicating and leading in a cross-functional environment. Deep understanding of the advertising industry (client-direct and key agency relationships). Excellent presentation/pitch, public speaking, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
Responsibilities:
Educate Fortune 1000 companies and agencies on creator marketing. Apply a consultative sales approach focusing on client objectives and deal closure. Convey solutions with passion, emphasizing the value of creator-generated content. Understand and leverage data-driven media solutions and analytics. Develop strategic client relationships for large annual/multi-year contracts. Drive open opportunities to close within the quarter. Build a book of business, mentor team members, and prepare for leadership. Refine in-market partner approach and educate clients on platform best practices. Apply creativity, accountability, and deep understanding of services/business model. Manage a growing sales pipeline/channel in a dynamic environment. Carry a sales quota and deliver revenue, with rewards for overachievement. Travel required.
