- Drive zone-skipping strategy in partnership with UPS and other carriers to reduce costs.
- Design and scale same-day/next-day local delivery offerings and manage local pickup operations.
- Build and manage the hub and spoke local delivery framework and operational playbooks.
- Establish and track delivery KPIs including cost per delivery and SLA compliance.
- Develop and maintain safety and licensing standards for company-operated fleet assets.
- Partner with Technology, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams for inventory and aggregator alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers and vendors.
