Responsibilities:
Initiate outreach to key decision-makers to introduce the IWS solution Execute outbound prospecting efforts via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify potential leads and coordinate meetings Gain a deep understanding of workforce challenges in senior care and articulate solutions Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress within Salesforce CRM Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies Provide actionable market insights
