1-2+ years of experience in scheduling or coordination roles. At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare or homecare industry. Hands-on experience using scheduling software. Ability to manage schedules supporting up to 75 clients and approximately 300 service hours. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with bookkeeping fundamentals, including QuickBooks. Familiarity with invoicing and P&L-related processes. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Proficiency in ClearCare, WellSky, AxisCare, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Email, Phone, Slack, Microsoft Teams, EHR systems. Prior experience in homecare, senior care, or healthcare settings (preferred). Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and caregiver credentialing processes (preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
