Scheduler (Wellsky)

Proficient in scheduling software and digital tools (Wellsky and Viventium is preferred) Strong English communication skills (C1 level required) Skilled in time management and multi-tasking Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling (preferred) Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities

Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage Maintain and update schedules in systems such as WellSky and Viventium Communicate with caregivers regarding availability, shift assignments, and changes Respond promptly to call-outs, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs Coordinate with operations to align schedules with client care plans Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and labor regulations Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all scheduling activities
