Requirements:

3+ years Australian mortgage credit experience Experience supporting mortgage brokers (preferred) Strong background with self-employed income and complex borrowers Experience with major & non-bank lenders Proven ability managing MIRs, escalations & exception cases Strong knowledge of Australian residential lending Familiar with LMG MyCRM, ApplyOnline, and other loan lodgement platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickli, AirTable, OneDrive, and Outlook Solid understanding of compliance standards (NCCP, BID, AML/CTF) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files Strong written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities:

Analyze various income types (PAYG, contractor, self-employed) Review financial statements and identify risks Interpret and apply lending policies across banks and non-banks Determine servicing and borrowing capacity using calculators Prepare lender-ready submissions and credit notes Ensure compliance with NCCP, BID, AML/CTF Respond to MIRs and liaise with lender BDMs Provide scenario updates to the Principal Broker
