Senior Bookkeeping & Finance Operations Specialist (007-00398)

6-10+ years experience in bookkeeping, accounting operations, or assistant controller roles Preferably with Australian SME experience Strong English communication Confident liaising with business owners and external accountants Comfortable working independently with clear accountability CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver Experience with Keypay, Odoo, Power BI, Excel, FathomHQ or similar systems

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations Complete payroll tasks Run a structured month-end close Deliver P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Prepare GST/BAS schedules Maintain payroll compliance Maintain accurate inventory valuation Produce gross margin reporting Maintain a rolling cash forecast Produce a monthly management pack with variance commentary
