Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2-3+ years as Loan Application Specialist or similar Prior experience in mortgage processing, loan applications, or financial services Experience using CRM systems such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, or BrokerEngine is an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation Written & verbal English communication skills Strong cognitive abilities – verbal, numerical and data interpretation Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision Highly organized, results-focused, and capable of managing multiple loan files simultaneously Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to resolving issues
