High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry Strong understanding of lender policies, credit assessment, and loan structuring Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills A high level of attention to detail Proficient in using Finsure's Infynity & Quickli and financial analysis tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
