Program Manager - REMOTE

Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment. Proven track record of managing contracts similar to the program in scope and complexity. Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices in overseas operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading diverse teams. Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and regulations. Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed.

Lead and manage all aspects of program implementation and daily operations. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, overseas posts, and vendors. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and manage relationships. Track program performance through KPIs and report to senior management. Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and logistical risks. Ensure compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations. Optimize resource allocation and logistics for overseas operations. Provide leadership and mentoring to the program team. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and proposing enhancements.
