Proposal Manager and Writer (Remote - US)

10+ years of hands-on experience managing and writing federal government proposals. Proven experience across multiple federal contracting vehicles and portals. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals. Strong knowledge of Shipley-based proposal processes. Working knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted proposal tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Own the full proposal lifecycle for multiple federal bids. Develop persuasive technical and management narratives. Lead win strategy development. Coordinate cross-functional contributors. Manage proposal schedules, reviews, and production. Leverage CRM tools and AI-driven solutions. Support bid and no-bid decisions. Continuously improve proposal processes.
