Deputy General Counsel (Remote - US)

12+ years of relevant legal experience At least 10 years in-house legal counsel roles Demonstrated expertise in class action litigation, consumer protection, and advising B2B/B2C platform businesses Strong experience with domestic and international regulatory matters, including U.S. and international privacy laws Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business judgment skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines Interest or experience in leveraging AI to optimize legal workflows and team efficiency is a plus

Lead day-to-day operations of the legal department Advise executives and cross-functional teams on complex legal matters Oversee litigation, disputes, and external counsel engagements Draft, negotiate, and implement commercial contracts and legal policies Mentor and develop legal staff Partner with leadership to define legal strategy
