Provider Network Analyst (Remote - US)

Associate Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with SQL, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization. Knowledge of office and business practices, policies, and regulations related to provider network operations. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders. Experience producing management reports for internal and external audits. Knowledge of geo-access analysis and provider network reporting preferred. Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage multiple tasks.

Conduct network analysis to ensure adequacy and accessibility. Collect, analyze, and report provider data for stakeholders. Develop dashboards and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and data migration. Assist with project management for network development and quality improvement. Collaborate with committees and cross-functional teams. Back up Value Based Analytics Managers.
