Requirements:
7+ years in progressive HR roles with direct HR Business Partner experience. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders or executives. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and employee relations best practices. Experience supporting remote or multi-state teams. Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Sound judgment, discretion, coaching, and influencing skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, change, and complex people situations.
