Clinical Operations, Manager (Remote - US)

Active, unrestricted RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within three months Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in operations management within healthcare or related services Strong knowledge of federal regulations, utilization management, and service authorization Proven leadership in managing teams, employee development, and performance management Ability to analyze operations, develop policies, and implement effective strategies Excellent communication skills Experience in remote team management

Lead and manage clinical operations teams Coordinate clinical programs Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures Monitor operational and financial metrics Serve as acting Program Director when needed Facilitate communication between clinical staff, leadership, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
