10 or more years of successful sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or data-driven solutions, with strong preference for RWE, HEOR, or analytics platforms Deep understanding of real-world data sources, evidence generation methodologies, and their application across the product lifecycle Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving scientific, commercial, and data stakeholders Demonstrated success selling to senior biopharma decision-makers at Director, VP, or C-suite level Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear value propositions Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast revenue Solid knowledge of regulatory guidance and payer evidence expectations related to real-world evidence Collaborative mindset with comfort working across multidisciplinary teams in a mission-driven environment
