Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid media optimization, and attribution modeling. Proven track record of managing or analyzing campaigns totaling at a minimum of $300 million in revenue. Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, data modeling, and channel-level performance tracking. Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Looker Studio. Experience integrating data from multiple ad and CRM platforms. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or data science language (Python or R preferred). Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise ERP systems. Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
